Fiona and Jack let their first property in 1978. Following the recession in 2009 and due to the increase in regulation, they decided to offer their experience to other Landlords and to open up their property management service to them. Since then, many Landlords have taken advantage of this and have benefited from the peace of mind provided in having their property managed in accordance with current regulations and having the maintenance and repairs handled by professionals, especially out of hours.

Gavin returned to Ferry Lettings from HMRC to assist with the growth of the expanding Business. The experience he gained with the HMRC across multiple tax and benefit regimes has been of enormous assistance to our Landlords and Tenants.

Elaine joined Ferry Lettings on relocating to Dundee after 28 years in London. Elaine has been in property management since 1993 and is an experienced administrator.

We were lucky to recruit Janette from another Letting Agent as she has many years experience in Lettings Administration in the local area. Janette has a strong talent in assessing potential tenants during viewings.
